二十一世纪以来,随着数字产业的高速发展,数字技术越来越深刻地影响着音乐艺术,音乐的生态发生了巨大变迁。我们见证了科学技术不断发展下对音乐创作、音乐传播、音乐欣赏等带来的颠覆性的变革,数字音乐产业蓬勃发展。
上海音乐学院为推动数字音频技术在国内的深层次应用与创造及其学科发展,曾于2010—2014年举办过三届数字音频大赛。大赛旨在推进中国在数字音频等领域的发展和研究;加强数字音频科学艺术领域的交流与合作;建立并营造与相关专业领域高速发展相适应的国内环境,促进中国在该领域内高水平复合型人才的培养。从数字音频大赛走出来的获奖选手有不少已成为国内在该领域的重要力量,如著名音乐制作人、作曲家彭飞,著名音乐制作人、作曲家陈致逸,著名歌手、音乐制作人戴荃等。
2021年是国家实施“十四五”规划的开局之年,“加快数字化发展,建设数字中国”已明确写入《中华人民共和国国民经济和社会发展第十四个五年规划和2035年远景目标纲要》。我们将再次起航,汲取“数字音频大赛”前三届活动所取得的社会信任度和学术影响力,举办“2021上海音乐学院国际数字音乐节”。本次活动,以上海市教委“文教结合”机制为支撑,依托上海音乐学院学术资源优势,通过上海音乐艺术发展协同创新中心,联合知名业内企业、网络平台,惠及产业从业人员、艺术类高校数字音乐专业师生、综合类高校相关爱好者, 搭建线上、线下展演平台,促进文化创意及数字内容产业发展、促进校企、校地之间的合作,联合推动音乐文化交流与发展,培养优秀数字创作创意人才,打造一场面向全球的专业活动。
2021年上海音乐学院国际数字音乐节将关注游戏音乐、录音艺术、电影音乐,在此三个方向上举办作品征集、讲座、高峰论坛、音乐盛典等相关学术活动。
活动安排如下:

Judges consist of experts from famous music conservatories in China and abroad and famous musicians in the industry.
Since the beginning of the 21st century, as the digital industry develops rapidly, digital technology is having increasingly profound influence on music art, and the environment for music has experienced great changes. We have witnessed the revolutionary changes that the continuous development of science and technology brought about to music creation, music communication, and music appreciation, etc., and the growth of the digital music industry.
In order to promote the application of digital audio technology and the development of its academic discipline in China, Shanghai Conservatory of Music held three seasons of the Digital Audio China competition from 2010 to 2014. This competition aims to promote the development and research on digital audio and other related fields in China, to strengthen the exchanges and cooperation in the field of digital audio science and art, to establish and create a domestic environment that is suitable for the rapid development of related professional fields, and to promote the training of high-level interdisciplinary talents in this field. Many winners from the Digital Audio China competiton have become important figures in this field, such as the famous music producers and composers Peng Fei and Chen Zhiyi, the famous singer and music producer Dai Quan and so on.
2021 is the first year of the national implementation of the “14th Five-Year Plan”. “Accelerating digital development and building a digital China” is an important part of the “‘14th Five-Year Plan’ for National Economic and Social Development of the People’s Republic of China and the Outline of Long-Term Goals for 2035”. We will draw on the social trust and academic influence of the first three seasons of Digital Audio China and hold the “2021 International Digital Music Festival of Shanghai Conservatory of Music”. This event is supported by the “combination of culture and education” mechanism of Shanghai Municipal Education Commission and fully utilizes the rich academic resources of Shanghai Conservatory of Music. Through the Shanghai Music Art Development Center for Collaborative Innovation, together with well-known enterprises and network platforms in the industry, this event will bring benefits to industry practitioners, teachers and students majoring in digital music in art colleges and universities, and enthusiasts in comprehensive colleges and universities. With online and offline performance platforms, the 2021 International Digital Music Festival of Shanghai Conservatory of Music aims to promote the development of cultural creativity and digital content industry and the school-enterprise and school-local government cooperation, to jointly enhance the exchange and development of music culture, and to train excellent digital creative talents.
The 2021 International Digital Music Festival of Shanghai Conservatory of Music will focus on game music, recording art and film music, collect entries, and hold a lecture, a summit forum, a music ceremony and other related academic activities in these three fields.
The music festival is arranged as follows:
1. Collection of Entries: August to November, 2021 (this event will collect entries from the Recording Art Group , Game Music Group and the Music science and technology theme Paper Group. Please pay attention to “Announcement No. 2” “Announcement No. 3”and“Announcement No. 4” of this music festival for specific collection requirements and submission methods).
2. Lecture and Summit Forum: December, 2021
